Head out to Monument Circle for motorcycle mania, the kick start event for this weekend's Red Bull Indianapolis GP. Another race in Indianapolis you say? Yep.

And now we're set for the inaugural MotoGP event in Indianapolis!

MotoGP is the premier motorcycle road racing circuit in the world. In true Indy racing style - the party will start with a welcome from community leaders and a public celebration.

Hundreds of motorcycles, led by the Red Bull Rookies Cup Riders, will parade from South Meridian Street to Monument Circle where the public will be able to see the bikes on display. You might even run into some of the racers! And what would a party be without food and music? There will be plenty of that too.

Me - I want to check out those tires! They look to be as slickery as me trying to walk on a sheet of ice, in heels. And these racers are taking turns on their sides at more than 200 mph. Wild.

The fun goes from 11:30 a.m. - 1 p.m. If you're a planner like me, here's the detailed scoop.
