I'm not sure if this is the best-kept secret in Indy or if I'm just way out of the loop (and in my defense, I'm not usually looking to make plans for my family on a Thursday night), but The Children's Museum of Indianapolis offers free admission on the first Thursday of every month from 4-8 p.m.  That makes tomorrow the free night, my friends!!  The only stipulation is that children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

My boy and I riding the carousel at The Children's Museum of IndianapolisIf you've not been to The Children's Museum of Indianapolis in awhile (I refuse to believe that anyone has never been there because that's just crazy talk), it is so fabulous...Curious George, Animation, Comic Book Heroes...and those are just the temporary exhibits.  And, don't go thinking that it's just a place for kids because there's lots of grown-up fun, too.  But, don't take my word for it, check it out tomorrow night for FREE and experience it for yourself.  If you and your family don't have a good time, well, I'm just going to ask you to prove it.

OK - so, I've already given you the head's up on the free admission, but make your planning even easier by letting www.indy.org do the work for you.  Map your route to The Children's Museum, make dinner reservations, book a Hot Hotel Deal and more!
